Full Promotion Disclosure
Subject to credit approval. To qualify for this promotional offer, you must open and be approved for a new CareCredit account by October 31, 2026. Applications submitted during the promotional period but approved after October 31, 2026 are not eligible. You must use your new CareCredit account to make qualifying in-network purchase(s) by October 31, 2026 and register your account online at carecredit.com/promotions by October 31, 2026. Purchases may be cumulative and can be made at separate participating in-network locations; however, purchases made after October 31, 2026 will not qualify.
Accounts with total qualifying purchases of $300–$999.99 will receive a $50 statement credit, and accounts with $1,000 or more in qualifying purchases will receive a $100 statement credit. Limit one statement credit per account. If earned, the statement credit will post within three billing cycles after the offer end date. Your account must remain open, in good standing, and not delinquent to receive the credit. The statement credit cannot be used to satisfy your required minimum monthly payment and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Applicants must be 18 or older to apply and 21 or older to apply by phone.
