This exclusive in-house program provides exceptional value and makes dental care without insurance simple and stress-free.
With our membership plan, there are:

- No exclusions for pre-existing conditions
- No annual maximums
- No deductibles

Membership Costs
- $99 — Basic cleaning and perio maintenance
- $175 — SRP per quadrant
Annual fee: $99 one-time payment
This plan cannot be combined with active insurance policies.
Membership includes:
- Unlimited exams
- Necessary X-rays with exams
- Annual oral cancer screening
- 10% off preventive care, fillings, crowns, implants, bridges and extractions
- 35% off dentures and partials (excludes repairs, relines and rebases)
- 5% off clear aligners and orthodontic services
- 20% off crowns and implants*
*Valid when paid in full with cash, check or personal credit card at the time of treatment planning or service start.
Discounts do not apply to third-party financing.

The Healthy Mouth Membership Plan is exclusive to Stillwater Dental and Implants and cannot be transferred to another provider.
