Dr. Shanon Black brings a blend of expertise and compassionate care to Stillwater Dental and Implants. Born in Borger, Texas, and raised in Lawrence, Kansas, Dr. Black is a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. She holds an associate degree from BYU-Idaho, a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Haskell Indian Nations University, and a DDS from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

With a focus on providing quality dental care, Dr. Black has balanced her professional pursuits with raising four children, ensuring every patient experience is positive and supportive. With deep Oklahoma roots, Dr. Black’s family connection to OSU spans over four decades. When she’s not proudly serving as a Perry, OK, dentist, Dr. Black enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including crafting, singing, reading, traveling, camping, and gaming, especially Elder Scrolls Online.
